The Selections
| Select late-harvested and hand-picked grapes from the older vineyards of Andriano with a minimum age of 15 years and extremely low yields (about 42 hectoliters per hectare) guarantee physiological ripe¬ness and result in powerful, yet elegantly structured and multi-layered wines. Gant and Tor di Lupo are allowed to mature in small oaken barrels, while Andrius und Movado achieve their greatness in stainless steel tanks. |
